In case of purchasing images from a public event, they could take up to 24 hours of delivery to the email address you provide. However, in case you did not receive the email in the next 24 hours, you can reach out to [email protected] and we can assist you with your confirmation number. IMPORTANT: all purchases are final without exceptions. There are no refunds.

Dope Images reserves the right to use some images of the event for promotional purposes, including social media, portfolios and website, unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.

Failure to show up for your session would mean that you will not have the opportunity to schedule a new appointment nor have the option of a refund.

Any change in the session date must be notified 48 hours before the originally scheduled session. You can contact us at [email protected].

You will have the opportunity to schedule a new date for your already scheduled session up to a maximum of 3 times, within 30 days of the original date of the session.

At Dope Images, we value our clients' time and our own, so we have established the following punctuality policy for photo sessions:
  • Clients must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session time.
  • Lateness exceeding 15 minutes will incur a $25 penalty, valid up to a maximum of 30 minutes of lateness.
  • If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled without refund or rescheduling.
Sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • If the session is not canceled within this period, a $25 penalty will apply.
  • Rescheduling of the session will be subject to Dope Images' availability.
For photo sessions:
  • The client has 30 days from the session date to select the photos they wish to edit.
  • After 30 days have passed without the selection being sent, a penalty of $25 will be applied for each additional 30-day period.
  • Photos requiring editing will have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 business days, starting from the date the client sends the final image selection.
  • Once the email is received, you have 1 year to download the purchased photos; after that, you will not be able to download them, and we will not be able to retrieve the photos.
