Pictures you purchase could take up to 24 hours of delivery to the email address you provide. However, in case you did not receive the email in the next 24 hours, you can reach out to [email protected] and we can assist you with your confirmation number. IMPORTANT: all purchases are final without exceptions. There are no refunds.
Upon email received, you have 1 year to download the photos purchased; after that, you will not be able to download and we will not be able to retrieve the photos.
Dope Images reserves the right to use some images of the event for promotional purposes, including social media, portfolios and website, unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.
Failure to show up for your session would mean that you will not have the opportunity to schedule a new appointment nor have the option of a refund.
Any change in the session date must be notified 48 hours before the originally scheduled session. You can contact us at [email protected].
You will have the opportunity to schedule a new date for your already scheduled session up to a maximum of 3 times, within 30 days of the original date of the session.
